Our 412 includes a single point laser light feature which allows you to make the measurement even more accurate. The 412 also features a thermocouple Type K jack – allowing you to customize the instrument to your specific needs. Set its Lock Mode and connect our 50415 Dishwasher Probe or 50014 Weighted Griddle Probe – the 412 will continuously monitor temperatures for up to 60 minutes.
The DualTemp 480 features both an infrared & probe thermometer allowing you to measure both surface and internal temperature with one instrument. The 461 & 460 Slim-Line series offer single button simplicity. The 470 Mini’s compact design allows you to always carry it with you.

D:S (Distance to Spot Ratio): The further away from the object the larger the surface area measured. Optical resolution expressed as a ratio of the distance to the resolution spot divided by the diameter of the spot.
